background colour is blending too much with sylveons, and by making the shines on the ribbons you are indicating they are glossy rather than furry when they are suppose to be furry - i guess shiny fur/hair is more triangular shines (you indicate how you want to do that) indicating there are strands of fur/hair that the light is hitting in some fashion [there is both a simple way to do this and a more detailed approach where you make notches in the main triangle kind of thing] - you have some indications in this piece of making shiny fur
